Welcome to CF mate. 35 years hey?! - I'm sure it'll pick up soon enough mate, we're hearing about a few trades picking up now.

I think we had it too good a couple of years ago when customers were able to lend 20k on a house only just worth that. It'll be many years before we find that sort of lending going on again but lots of the lads are getting busier and finding other types of customers.
