Unlucky plastic lad. Wrong bloody country to be working in if you're relying on dry weather. Know a couple of roofers and they all sit by the phone in the morning if it's raining to see if they've got the day off, usually unpaid. Luckily their gaffa (who I know them through) has them doing student houses up that the firm rents out so they're pretty handy lads with partitioning and whatnot so they're not always out of work fully if it's raining. In the summer though, they're the first with their shirts off lol - whereas tilers and the likes get stuck in a muggy house. So I guess you take the rough with the smooth hey?
