FISH KEEPING: Back from aquatics and drilling holes in glass aquariums fish tanks.!

OK so its funny where your work can end up taking you.

Just spent the entire weekend at an aquatic show demonstrating how to drill holes into glass fishtanks and aquariums.

In the fish keeping world there is a demand for drilling glass. Drilling holes into glass aquariums or fish tanks is something a fish keeper needs to do to install airlines and tank connectors.

We were invited to attend the British Discus Fish show and had a full two days mixing it up with avid fish keepers and doing demonstrations on glass to put the holes into it.

Its strange to think about where your work can take you sometimes!

At least the world knows we are experts at drilling holes into glass fishtanks and aquariums now!

I'd never even thought about drilling an aquarium...... My dad used to keep fish all the lines entered via a hole in the lid I can see how much better drilling the glass would look.

How funny - what a question....

You need to drill holes into aquariums and fish tanks to install tank connectors, pumps and other systems. Many people drill holes into the glass and its a well known issue.

Its not our main business but drilling holes into glass aquariums is significant enough for us to spend some time promoting it.

Take my word for it Harrison if you need to drill a hole in glass then we are the people to come see !!!
