    Default fitting underfloor heating

sort of 2 questions in one really.
i want to fit underfloor heating in the kitchen (roughly 4mx5m) and two bathrooms (2mx3m and 4mx2m again roughly) and ive been looking into it all, i like the look of the devi system, the pre done matting etc, i understand that it is a bit more expensive than some other methods but it seems to be the cleanest and the simplest. i found that they sell various sizes and types etc Devi Underfloor heating, Devi In floor heating - Compare prices on Twenga.co.uk and i think it will work well for us. now i was hoping to save money (and justify the higher cost of product) buy installing myself, how wise is this? and if i got someone in to do it how long should it take to sort out rooms of that size? and what should it really cost? i need to work out my options.
has anyone used the devi underfloor heating before? can i get any opinions on it as a system?

I've never used this type but I have used the elektra cable which comes on a coil. (bought by the customer) Straightforward enough, however I would get a spark to check it before fitting flooring or tiles. I tiled a kitchen floor and one of the tiles were bossed. I had to take this back up but I cut the cable and had to buy a repair kit (£20). Got the spark to fit and check the whole system. Went onto complete the job and all was well.

I have heard about a lot of people doing this the only thing you will need to be careful with is if you have to install a thermostat as that could cause some issues if you don’t have a lot of knowledge about plumbing.
