How do i service a conservatory roof ?

It is a polycarbonate roof and pvc. 2 sections have slipped down and they are on the side which is has my neighbours wall and so i cannot just stand here and push them back in place.

Do i need to take off the plastic strips (caps) which run down each side of the sections ?

any help appreciated
