The tags list within the forum is getting pretty useful now. If you need to quickly search for common tags you can find the 'Tag Cloud' in and around the forum and search area. Just some of the tags are listed here, the bigger the word the more threads, blogs and articles are tagged with that word. The smaller words being less popular. Articles can have a couple of link in them to the content originator, or business details if it's about a company, product or service. If you checkout the Contractor Forum you'll spot the sidebar that houses lots of information to keep you updated with what's going on in the blog, article system and the forum generally. We'll continue to deliver you updates to what should be the very best contractor resource website on the planet!
I've added more Social Groups to the website. You can create 5 of your own, but join as many as you want to.
If you hit a category in the Contractor Articles, such as the Tiling category, and scroll down the page and look to the right, you'll see a "Widget" (Wiki Description on Widgets). Okay, so the one that's there now is a Google Recipies Widget, but I'll soon install some decent ones. You'll also notice some news ones, and eventually I'll work out how to add the "Poll Widget" and other forum-based Widgets that I can see in my Control Panel but don't have time now ...
After needing to almost start again we've ended up with an empty blog system. So here we are, back again. I've added all the categories, which you'll only see once they have a blog post assigned to them. Please feel free to blog about what's on your mind and we'll get this place full soon enough.
